Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with and enjoy your purchases for many years to come.

If there is a fault in any of our bedding products we will replace or repair the item at our discretion.

However, we do not accept refunds on any bedding items simply due to a change of mind.  This is the same policy applied by most major retailers in Australia and in this way we are no different.

Australian consumer law provides that a business is "not obliged to give a customer a refund if they  simply change their mind, or find out they can buy the product cheaper elsewhere”.
