Orders are sent by Australia Post or Couriers Please, depending on location and the size of your order.

Most orders are normally dispatched within 72 hours.

Sometimes a large volume of orders (such as just prior to Christmas or when the product airs on a major TV show) may cause a backlog.

In such cases, if the delay is more than 5 business days you will be informed by email and/or telephone.
